Medical Record Audit

Provide a medical record risk review for selected providers incorporating the 7 high risk areas that promote a well documented and defensible medical record.  A record deficient in any of these areas results in difficulty to defend the actions taken by the provider legally, for a state board inquire, for an accreditor or agency regulator, and/or an insurance provider any of which can result in costs to the organization.  A confidential report is provided with a summary for each provider.
